 Purpose of finance

Eligibility Criteria
 Regular Customers
– Pakistani National (age, 25-60).
– Min take home 15,000.
– Installments not greater than 55% of take home.
– Permanent employees (1 year current, 5 years history).
– Contractual employees – 10 years of service.
– Self employed – Min 5 years of uninterrupted service.
 For Prime Bank employees
– No other home financing availed, if yes, is there cushion in
mortgage.
– On termination of services, right vested with admin to continue
finance.
 Non-eligible customers
High risk is involved in financing as far as the bank is
concerned. Due diligence must be observed in the finance.
According to the SOP of Prime Commercial bank the following
professions should be avoided.

– Lawyers.
– Media (Actors …)
– Film/Drams (Production Business).
– Real Estate agents/Investors.
Credit Scoring Matrix
 The concerned staff shall strictly adhere to the bank approval
procedures as laid down in the Home Finance SOP, this stems to the
credit scoring matrix. The credit risk evaluation tool determines the
eligibility of of the borrower. The customer should have a credit rating
of minimum 70 points, less then 70 is a refusal from financing.

Satisfactory credit risk 81 – 90
Acceptable credit risk 76 – 80
Marginal credit risk 70 – 75
Unacceptable credit risk Less then 70
