wheel mechanism
Objective
 The Geneva wheel mechanism translates a continuous rotation into an
intermittent rotary motion
 The rotating drive wheel has a pin that inserts into the slot of drive wheel
 The drive wheel has a raised circular blocking disc that locks the driven wheel
Design :
 We had done our 3 d modelling in solid works
 We had completed motion simulation
 We made 6 slots for Geneva wheel with 30 degrees each.
 We were working on the simulation through the ansysis
Material selection:

We are choosing aluminium material for fabricating Geneva wheel

We are going to choose wire Edm machining process for fabrication process of
Geneva wheel mechanism
Outcome:
It can used as in bottle washing mechanism apparatus.
