REDEFINING THE DAILY

STEP 1
Apologize to the organisations especially the
employees who were affected by the Daily

STEP 2
Make Terms of Conditions which should be signed
before use of the Daily

STEP 3
Make a clear set of rules and conditions on how to
use the daily, on what aspect appraisals can be
done etc

STEP 4
Communicate the details clearly to the employees
