“SUMMER”

Every year in Kousali institute of management studies, the
sports event “THE SUMMER” is conducted by the students. All
1st year students and 2nd year students participate in that
event and win the prizes. The event conducted for two days in
the day time from morning to evening. Sports committee
arranges and take care of all events from planning for
SUMMER to prize distribution. Teachers also participate in this
event. For budgetary planning, the sports committee go for
sponsorship. Food and water sufficiently provided to the
players during play time.
OBJECTIVES:
• To make sports event very successful as planned.
• To prepare blueprint and Guide lines for the sport event “SUMMER”
• To eliminate unnecessary conflict, out of the event.
• To prepare sequence and order of the events, to run as per agenda.
