Stage 2: Scott Cooper’s life”/ Etapa 2: La vida de Scott Cooper

Scoot Copper is a sportsman. He

has dedicated his life to tennis.
Now, he teaches little children
how to play.

Have a look of the images to write four short paragraphs about what
Scott has done in his life. Be as creative as possible. The first paragraph

 Scott was born in October 31st 1978. His
parents were tennis players so they taught
him about the sport since he was a little
child. He started taking tennis lessons
when he was three years old. Since then,
he has dedicated his life to tennis. He has
always been a sportsman.

Scott started playing tennis when he was a little kid.
 Scott began to take tennis seriously as a
sport and a lifestyle, enrolled in a tennis
academy and with a lot of discipline
became a great tennis player so much that
in any tournament in his category that no
one could beat him, that's when he started
playing national tournaments

started traveling around the world playing tournaments.
 After playing national tournaments, gradually
began to play international tournaments,
until reaching the best positions in the world
was there that he started playing in the best
tournaments and the 4 Grand Slams in the
world, started playing and gradually took
admiration among the other professional
tennis players,Scott began to climb until a
moment to another achievement to win
many Grand Slam titles ,and all this by
making it no. 1 in the world.

the world. He won several titles.
After becoming a number 1 player and
winning many world titles, I arrived one of the
saddest moments of his professional career, in
2010 and already seeing that his years were
increasing, he did not have the same physical
performance and I made a difficult decision in
which I call a press conference, to tell the
world that he was no longer going as a
professional player and that he had made the
difficult decision to withdraw from the
professional courts.

Scott played his last tennis match in 2010. He retired  that Fuente: SENA

 After his retirement as a professional
player, and with the money I earn playing,
the idea of creating a tennis academy for
the children to train like him and teaching
them all the things he learned in his stint
as a professional player. And the idea is
that over the years, he will create more
branches nationwide so that many more
children have the opportunity to become
like him.
