Stage 2: Scott Cooper’s life”/ Etapa 2: La vida de Scott Cooper

Scoot Copper is a sportsman. He

has dedicated his life to tennis.
Now, he teaches little children
how to play.

Have a look of the images to write four short paragraphs about what
Scott has done in his life. Be as creative as possible. The first paragraph

 Scott was born in October 31st 1978. His
parents were tennis players so they taught
him about the sport since he was a little
child. He started taking tennis lessons
when he was three years old. Since then,
he has dedicated his life to tennis. He has
always been a sportsman.

Scott started playing tennis when he was a little kid.
 Scott has played tennis all his life
but only until a few years ago he
began to compete. He has traveled
the world to participate in different
tennis tournaments, of which he
has been champion in several
occasions. This is why in his house
he has a showcase where he
keeps all his trophies and hey they
are enough.

Scott became professional tennis player in 1997 and he Fuente: SENA

started traveling around the world playing tournaments.
 Scott at twenty-seven is already known
worldwide for being the ace of tennis. The
media catalog it as the phenomenon of
tennis since it is rarely lost a set. In
addition Scott is a very calm and simple
person does not mind stopping an
interview in order to greet his fans. He
considers that it is they who lead him to
always want to win.

Fuente: SENA In 2005, Scott became the number 1 tennis player in

the world. He won several titles.
 Scott decided to retire from the sport to
devote himself to his family. Consider
that it is time to rest and let other
athletes do their thing. For his farewell a
game was held with the most
recognized players and there he said
goodbye to the courts and all his
followers.

Scott played his last tennis match in 2010. He retired  that Fuente: SENA

 After his retirement from the courts
and a well-deserved rest Scott decided
to teach the little ones that they like
tennis, everything he learned at the
time. Now he is thinking of opening a
second headquarters of the academy
because there are many children who
want to follow in his footsteps. We
