PE can effectively promote and develop WHOLE and HOLISTIC students.
These are 5 main objectives and goals for every teachers in Malaysia should
integrate in physical activities that they assign in their learning and teaching
session and it is a continuously implementation.

However, there’s some issues which will affect the effectiveness of PE in current education system:

whereby::
 Some PE class are conducted by non-optionist teachers.,Hence, the learning and teaching session
are not really focusing the skills of PE that students are suppose to achieve.
 Some teachers may not interested to conduct PE class since there’s such informal
examination(SEGAK) unlike the other subject((UPSR)).They tend to replace the class with other
subject, in examples English ,Maths,<BM and Science since they are the same teacher teaching for
both subject.
 The limitation of facilities such as lack of apparatus and space provided) for PE class wear off the
excitement to learn the skills.(Aquatic and Gymnastic
 Anxiety of student’s safety. Teachers tend to organize light PE activity rather than to explore
GOVERNMENT POLICY
The curriculum structure is holistic and prepare
students facing the globalization(thinking creatively
and innovatively). However, the teachers are not
really prepare and acquire certain skills in curriculum KSSR-KSSM
standard even for major teacher. (Aquatic and
Gymnastic)
Give chances to all to explore their own ability in sports
including the handicapped students except for those
1 MURID 1 SUKAN
who has medical excuses.
Teachers creatively provide suitable platform or
programs based on students’ ability, financial allocation
sometimes distract the aim of the policy.
