What is communication?

RECOGNIZING BREAKDOWNS IN COMMUNICATION

• Many people belief that it is others rather than themselves


• Lack of trust
• Good rapport and honestly need to be developed between
individuals before effective communication can occur. When
breakdowns occur they usually result from either sender or
receiver failure
