MY PHILOSOPHY
 As a future teacher, I believe that the students must be happy and explore by them self-better than just
the teacher talking and telling them what they must do. According to John Dewy he believed less
memorizing of facts and more application of skills to solve problems, democratic approach gave
students the right to make more classroom decision which in turn made them more engaged and
motivated in the learning, and also, he believed that children learn by doing and depend upon child’s
ability. And also, I believe that the environment is the third teacher, the classroom must be prepared as
the child interest and it must be colorful. And also, every teacher must design the classroom by the
students work so that the students feel that their work is appreciated. According to Reggio Emilia
children have a lot of say in what they want to learn rather than teacher decide for their curriculum.
Environmental stimulation allows children to engage with their environment and learn through the
natural world and uses the environment as a teacher.  I believe that teaching the children about life
skills like gardening and etc... will let them be ready for the future and let the students learn through all
their senses. According to Steiner he believed students will use their sense’s, hand, hands and heart.
Life skills are imperative to a complete education children in waldorf classrooms are taught things like
wood carving, sewing, gardening and sculpting. They are offered opportunities to take up things like
learning a musical instrument of knitting. There things give children a sense of achievement and allow
them to learn more complex skills late in life. The role of student’s children learns how to be a social
responsibility, be respected and cooperation, lean how to take an active role in education, and learn
process by creating their own (draw journals, essay poems) rather than presented to them,
