What is Competency -Based
Training?

CBT is a training delivery


approach that focuses on the
competency development of
the learner as a result of the
training.
Competency-Based Training
*CBT seeks to develop the skills,
knowledge, and attitudes to achieve the
required competency standards.

*CBT is also a system that is able to


produce the type of worker that industry
is looking for and this therefore increases
trainees chances of obtaining
employment

Training Schedule
• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

• Shift Schedule
 4:00 to 9:30pm (evening session,40+ days)
 12:00pm to 9:30pm

NOTE:
 TESDA requires at least 80% to 100% of
attendance
 Kindly inform the trainer if there will be
absences to make.
 We encourage you to attend the training
until assessment without absences or
tardiness as much as possible.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

 Signatures must be the same to all Attendance time


sheets, Registration Forms and Scholarship Vouchers to
avoid inconsistencies
 All Time in and time out shall be registered in the
DAILY TIME RECORD (No Time in-out, ABSENT)
 Nobody may sign their classmate into the timesheet
 It is required that the trainees must be inside the
training
 room fifteen (15) minutes before their respective class.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in school campus
• Wear your ID at all times when inside the campus
or within school premises with appropriate dress
• Trainer shall serve as the Program Facilitators
• Cleanliness and orderliness of the learning area
shall be observed at all times
• Mobile phones must be in silent mode when you
are inside the workshop areas.
• Problems or issues concerning to the learning
delivery or other school related concerns must
immediately be reported to the trainer or
designated personnel.
