Things to remember while solving a pedigree related to disease

1. Always find out if that disease is a dominant or a recessive disease

2. For recessive disease, a person can be healthy ,carrier or diseased
3. For dominant disease a person can be healthy or diseased but NEVER A CARRIER
4. Always write the genotype of a carrier/healthy/diseased individual
5. If both the parents do now have a certain disease but their son happen to have that
disease. Ques 1. is the disease a dominant or recessive disease. Ques2 What would
be the genotype of the son and parents

Genotype 3
1. Homozygous dominant HH
2. Homozygous recessive hh
3. Heterozygous Hh
