 Oral Presentation (with PowerPoint): 6 minutes maximum
 Question & Answer session by Judges: 2 minutes

Use Times New Roman font completely.

 TIME LIMIT SHOULD BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED.

 Maximum of 2 authors are allowed per presentation, but time-

limit should not be exceeded.

 Videos (if any) may be included, but they should be played within
the same allotted time limit of 6 minutes.
 Guidelines
 Slide Customization and Animation is not allowed.

 Format: Windows PowerPoint (.ppt)

 All audio-visual equipment will be provided: computer,

microphones, speaker system, digital projection system etc.

 The background should be of light color preferably white.

 The font should be in Times New Roman with black color and font
size is 30 for headings (bold) and 24 for sub- headings.

The line spacings should be 1.0 .
