THE FOYER
• The venues are very well equipped with everything necessary for
any kind of event;
• There is a very good sound technology and lighting technique;
• The foyer can be used for smaller meeting or events such as
buffets, representations and exhibitions;
• 300 cabinets, 2000 chairs, 150 PCs, 320 desks, 15,000 media
formats (CDs, video DVDs)
• Restaurant inside the building
• Reservations are to be made a couple of months before !
• The hygiene factors are met entirely;
• Few parking places !

 In additions to its artistic program, it offer the settings and conditions for all kinds of
guest functions;
 Excellent infrastructure which allows intense event activity;
 1 studio;
 Rehearsal space for artists;
 2 multifunctional test rooms for theater, workshops etc.;

 2 seminar rooms;
 1 big conference room that can host up to 450 people (22.5m long, 12m wide, 7.5m
high);
 1 small conference room that can host up to 100 persons ( 10m wide, 10m long, 4m
high);
 5 rooms for music testing;

REPUBLIC - SZENE
 Central location, in the “Altstadt”
 Events: cabaret, readings, theater and dance, celebrations,
exhibitions;
 Equipped with a telescopic, height-adjustable stage that can meet a
variety of requirements;
 Computer-controlled lighting with over 100 lights
 Sound technique controlled electronically with various mixers;
 10m x 15m, white or black dance floor;
 3 dressing rooms for artists, fully equipped.
 The venue has a capacity of 700 people;
 Sufficient parking place (Red Cross parking lot or the Mönchsberg
garage)
 The acoustic is not very good due to the poor isolation of the room !
THE INTERNATIONAL MOZARTEUM

VIENNA HALL
 The location disposes of two luxurious event and performance venues;
 The “Large Hall” has 800 available seats and it’s used often for opera
performances (the Salzburg Festival’s matinees are played in there)
 The smaller, “Vienna Hall” is primarily a venue for chamber music
concerts offering seats for 200 guests;
 Both concert halls together with the infrastructure can also be rented
for other kind of events;
 Comparing to the Republic Buhne, the acoustics here are outstanding
providing the perfect setting for music performances or entertainment
programs.
 The location is very classy and elegant, therefore the renting prices can
be pretty high !

 The building is designed as an impressive dome, with unlimited functions;

performers (oval shape – magnetizing effect)
 Located on the grounds of Salzburg’s Exhibition Centers, has 15 halls and over
70,000² m of exhibition space;
 Easy access provided by very good connections to public transport and its own
“Messezentrum” freeway exit;
 3,400 parking places in the close proximity;
 Gastronomy opens 3 hours before the event starts;
 It can host events of both big and small dimensions !
