Description Of Chicken Stew

History
The stew is a traditional soup in the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama,
Venezuela, Puerto Rico and as well as a typical dish of the gastronomy of the Canary
Islands.

It is one of the most popular typical dishes in Colombia and one of its culinary insignia
that has been proposed on various occasions as a national dish. The stew is consumed
in Colombia mainly at lunchtime as a main course; It is a food that is offered at parties,
walks and popular celebrations
