What is a medicine
Medicine is the science and
practice of establishing the
diagnosis, prognosis, treatment,
and prevention of disease.
Medicine encompasses a variety
of health care practices evolved
to maintain and restore health
by the prevention and treatment
of illness.
History Of Medicine
Medicine has been around for
thousands of years, during most of
which it was an art (an area of skill
and knowledge) frequently having
connections to the religious beliefs of
local culture.
For example, a medicine man would
apply herbs and say prayers for
healing, or an ancient philosopher and
physician would apply bloodletting
according to the theories of
humourism.
 Things TO KEEP ADULTS
HEALTHY
• Eat a variety of foods
• Base your diet on plenty of foods rich in
carbohydrates
• Replace saturated with unsaturated fat
• Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables
• Reduce salt and sugar intake
• Eat regularly, control the portion size

Health Is Wealth • Drink plenty of water

• Maintain a healthy body weight

Things to Keep Kids Healthy

• Encourage imaginative play and
exercise
• Wash hands frequently
• Keep kids home when they're
sick
• Offer healthy meals and snacks.
• Don't ban junk food
PROBLEMS
There are many problems faced by the
patient and even by the staff of the
hospitals
Sometime, the staff is treated with harsh
word
Sometimes the patients have to stay in
dirty wards
Sometimes even the patient in a critical
condition is not admitted in the hospital
when there are sufficient beds available

In this case what shall we do?

Solution
 • We are plaining to make an app, named as “helpful for helpless.”
• In the app there would be all languages so that the patient or the family
members of the patient does not face problem
• In the app there would be two options first to chose the language and
then we have to click on the feedback option
• After clicking on the feedback, there would be two option, first would be
named as complaint, and the second would be the option of
improvement
• If anyone has a complaint they must click on complaint, you can text
Feedback your complaint or even there would be an option of dictate in which the
one who don’t now to type they can speak what ever he/she want to tell

SOLUTION
us
• If someone thinks that there is an improvement, they can do the same
thing
• After they have written their feedback, they must write their name, the
name of the hospital and the name of the doctor, so that we can improve
if something is not good and even congratulate the hospital for the
improvements
• The app would be free so that the even poor people can give their
feedback
