 Essentially based on the use of
expressions, gesture, etc
 Unspoken or unwritten message that
uses body language
 Chaudhry & Arif states that non verbal
communication is the unspoken
communication that goes on in every
face to face encounter with another
human being
 It includes facial expressions,
gestures, eye contact, physical
appearance…
