INTRODUCTION

 Southern expressway extension project has been commensed and

completed to make a link between the Colombo and Mattala

International Airport, Hambanthota Harbour which became a major

part of the country’s development process

 It is looked forward to rate the expressway according to the

GREENROADS rating system considering the ESEP-S4
GREENROADS RATING SYSTEM
It is a tool for accessing the sustainable performance of the
transportation infrastructure.
This system is based on the five core areas such as,
