1 Description of Works

This development covers 6 x Semi Detached Homes in 3 semi detached buildings. This scheme covers the 6
properties at the northerly end of the development on Claremont Road. The other part of the development is not
covered by this CEMP and remains with the original developer please contact Portway Homes.

• Please refer to site plans for location.


• The activities covered by this document are; Preparation, Demolition, Groundwork, Build,
Landscape, Sign Off
• Hired in Plant will include Excavators, Dumper Trucks, Compaction Equipment & Concrete Pump
• The primary Contactor is Target Timber Systems Ltd
• Commencement date is subject to change, estimated to be 27th April 2022
• Schedule of works as follows

Demolition Phase – April, May, June


Groundwork Phase – June, July
Build Phase – July, August, November, December, January, February, March
Landscape Phase - April
Sign off – June 2023
