1. Strengthening the transaction banking franchise through payment settlement services by opening accounts online through BCA Mobile and

strengthening collaboration with e-commerce and fintech companies to expand the reach of the BCA payment service ecosystem.

2. BCA emphasizes lending to customers with good track records and maintaining credit diversification to mitigate concentration risk. BCA disbursed

loans in the form of syndicated loans to prospective infrastructure sectors such as toll roads, electricity, telecommunications, airports and others.

3. BCA prioritizes enhancing the competence of credit staff (both account officers and relationship officers). Competency development is carried out

continuously through various training programs in the form of on-site and e-learning which can be accessed through digital applications.

4. BCA is actively developing other financial services including foreign exchange, cross border remittance, trade finance, wealth management &

bancassurance as well as business lines of its subsidiaries. BCA builds business synergies with BCA subsidiaries engaged in motor vehicle

financing, sharia banking, securities, remittances, general insurance & life insurance as well as venture capital companies investing in technology.

5. BCA has completed the acquisition of Bank Royal as part of the realization of the business plan. Currently in the process of building a business

model for Bank Royal which will focus on providing digital technology-based services in synergy with BCA.

6. BCA continues to take advantage of the development of digital technology and social media in carrying out marketing activities to reach the wider

community, especially the younger generation and customers who are tech-savvy. In addition, BCA has a solution center as well as a call center,

Halo BCA, which can be contacted via telephone, video call or media chat in providing information services for BCA banking products and

services.
7. Conducting various forms of cooperation in promotional and marketing programs with various strategic partners including MAP Group, Starbucks,

Alfamart, Indomaret, Gramedia, Pizza Hut, Matahari Department Store and Singapore Airlines. As online shopping transactions increase, BCA also

collaborates with leading e-commerce platforms such as Gojek, Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, and Bhinneka.

8. Organizing various events that present a series of attractive promos related to consumer products such as KPR and KKB as well as other BCA products

including products of subsidiary companies. Conduct joint promotions such as the Singapore Airlines Travel Fair, get involved in the Big Bad Wolf Book

Sale and Jakarta Sneaker Day activities

9. Strengthening digital marketing to support the marketing of BCA products and services through marketing activities on social media (Facebook, Twitter,

Instagram), including improving the digital command center to monitor and manage activities in the world of social media and improve BCA digital

marketing performance.

10.Enhancing the corporate website bca.co.id with a more attractive user friendly interface (including the mobile version), completing information on

various BCA products and services, and adding the online account opening feature and the e-branch feature

11.Improve BCA’s chat banking facility as a means of digital customer service and marketing, especially to reach the millennial generation. BCA’s also

supports marketing programs by providing information on various BCA promotions.

12.BCA made efforts to increase digital awareness within the company and encourage the use of various BCA digital services
