ROLE
INSTRUCTOR | TRAINER
1. Ensure that the planned program is in line with the SOP as prescribed
2. Ensure the safety of the participants, the environment and facilities / equipment always in a controlled state.
3. Ensure that the ratio of coaches to participants is appropriate within the programs.
4. Ensure that all coaches, facilitators, contractors and participants have understand the emergency response plan
in the event of an incident unwanted.
5. Ensure all coaches, facilitators and contractors are proficient with outdoor recreational skills to be
implemented.
6. Right to cancel / postpone activities if there are aspects security that does not meet safety requirements.
ROLE
FACILITATOR | FACI
1. Assist coaches in implementing programs with safe, systematic and fun.
2. To ensure all security elements of the program have been complied with by each participant.
3. Assist in monitoring participant safety, environment and facilities / equipment throughout the
program.
4. Ensure yourself are always proficient with an outdoor recreation program implemented.
5. Have right to recommend to coach to cancel /postpone the program if there are security elements
which does not meet requirements.

residents. It affects resources and sites
within easy travel distance. These requests
are taken into account in different forms
according to the time available to reach
the destination (distance) and the type of
activity involved (time of participation).
