INTEND TO HELP THE CHILDREN IN NEED

 OUR OBJECTIVES ARE:
• Interact with orphans
• Cared by family members / communities in some ways
• Help the orphans By playing with them
• Provide them with education, snacks and drinks.
WE WANT TO HELP:
• Informations about The beneficiaries.
• 80 childrens
• 4 – 16 years old
• Pertapis children’s home
• What are their needs?
• Interaction
• Caring
• Snacks
• Drinks
WE WANT TO HELP:
• We have chosen this beneficiaries because
we can make them feel that they are as
fortunate as us. We can also lighten their
mood by doing all of this.
THIS IS OUR PLAN
• Activities:
1. Balancing beam
2. Simon says
3. Tic-tac-toe
4. Hot potato
• The duration for each games will be around 20 – 30 mins.
• It will bring happiness to the orphans And it will also lighten their mood
up.

• Equipments: coloured tape & a big space to play
• Price: $10 - $20
How to play:
1. First person will go first and if come out of line
2. Go to the back and queue up again
3. Next person will go next
4. And if come out of line then do the points 2 – 4 over and over again.
 RESOURCES: SIMON SAYS
• Manpower: darryl
• Equipment: a large space to play
• Money: no need
• How to play:
1. One person will be the simon
2. If one person didn’t follow what the simon says
3. The person have to go back to the starting line and play again
4. Points 2 and 3 will repeat until one person have touch the shoulder of the simon
5. Then points 1 – 4 will repeat itself.

• Manpower: Nigel
• Equipment: Scotch tape & a large space to play
• Money: $10 - $20
How to play:
1. There will be two groups
2. First person from the first group will go first
3. Then the first person from the second group will go
4. Points 2 and 3 will repeat until one group wins
RESOURCES: HOT POTATO
• Manpower: khwanthep & kai hong
• Equipment: paper
• Money No need
• How to play:
1. There will be a group of people and they will be sitting in a circle
2. Then the music will start to play
3. If the music stop and the person who is holding the hot potato will be out
4. Then points 2 and 3 will repeat until the last person
5. The last person wins
END RESULTS
• The beneficiaries will benefit by teamwork and communication.
• They also won’t feel too bored.
