RE VERBS

CONJUCATION
The verb form that ends in –RE is
called the infinitive (in English, the
infinitive is the verb preceded by the
word “to”). –RE is the infinitive
ending.
RE Verbs
The verb without the –RE is called the
stem or radical.
• To conjugate an RE verb, take off the RE to get
the stem
• Then add the ending that agrees with the
subject.
