 Barwa Village Extension is additional strip of


land attached to the existing Barwa village
with 11,100 square meter plot developed into
mixed-use building. The Strip Building A
having Ground and Mezzanine 56 Core & Shell
shops +10 F&B shops + 4 anchor stores +
main showroom in addition to 3 residential
floors ( 81 - 1 bedroom apartment + 90 - 2
bedroom apartments + 6 Studios).

 Total Number of Apts. 177 units.

 Total BUA (G+M+3 floors) area for all the


developments approximately 34,492.47 m2
including ancillary buildings.
