 As two big companies are getting merged from two different geographical region
initial cash flows will be more. So we must have to reduce overall cost beside
maintaining worldclass service to all of the customers. Importantly we even see that
the employee satisfaction is very low so we can't compromise with existing
expenditure on employee's benefits like medial insurance, social security, travel
allowance, retirals, family trip. Even we have to spent more on this to increase the
overall satisfaction.
 So we are here with the right proposal to meet all of these pain points.
 From the Cash Flow Chart , you could see down the line overall cash flow is getting
decrease.
