 Maintaining HT/LT motor greasing plan/schedule completion record.
 Temperature monitoring/scanning of HT motor, panel, transformer, bushing and
turrets.
 HT motor preservation by 90 ̊ clockwise rotation, IR/PI checking and space heater
current checking.
 HT motor space heater healthiness checking and monitoring.
 Hydrogen plant cell replacement/handling trolley.
 Review of PM/Defect fortnightly.
 Numbering of HT panels on both front and back side in order to avoid any kind of
accident/ mishappening.
 Spare breaker readiness and operation checking.
 Spare LT feeder readiness.
 Availability of drawings in every MCC and DC motor Panels (JOP, EOP, SOP AND
SCANNER)
 HT/LT breaker handles display board and availability of panel keys.

 Two step Wooden stand for working in HT/LT panels.
 HT/LT motors, panels, transformers marshalling box and JB spare gland hole
sealing.
 Use of bi-metallic washers in Cooling Tower motors, 11 replaced in DMCW
motors and Admin chiller compressor which resulted in Extension of life of
lugs and reduced breakdown frequency.
 Plant earth pit measurement.
 Rubber mat availability in all panels.
 All extension boards are provided with ELCB and Plug top.
 Battery capacity test done in every AOH duration 02 Years.
 Routine relay audit done of all panels and motors.
 Routine EMS data monitoring done.
 Lift/Elevators load test done in every Six months.

 All lifting tools routine testing done.
 DC lighting availability ensured.
 ESP opacity checking done as per environment norms.
 Disposal of hazardous wastes.
 Used transformer oils re-used in ILMS.
 LT breaker handling trolley availability in all MCC.
