HR Issue
• At the moment we receive two main issue, that is equal employment opportunity and
diversity and the other one is the system that we have for recruitment and selection of
the new staff.
• We got 10 email from the staff about their problem. One of them said she got different
treatment from the others because she is an Asian. She feel that is not fair if she got a
different treatment just because she is Asian.
• To respond this issue we will make seminar about diversity and has to attend by all the
staff. This seminar was created to make everyone aware that they are the same. They
have the same opportunity no matter she is Asian local or western.
• The other hand we got around 15 email about the recruitment and selection problem.
A lot candidate complain about Lack of efficiency during the recruitment process. They
a got an email to came for interview but they have to wait 2 weeks for the interview
section. After they pass the interview section they have to wait another 2 weeks for the
trial section. After that they have to wait another 1 or 2 week for the responses they
pass all the section or not. Overall the process took time like 1,5 months.
• To respond this issue we already discuss to change the new system of our recruitment
and selection process. They will have fast respond from the HR about interview section
trial section and hire section.

the staff.
