strategy
• 1. Communicate the engagement strategy: To employee
and other stakeholders.
• 2. Identify Action Plan: Where organization have to take
action
• 3. Identify measurable outcome: Before to implement
identify measurable outcome (Tangible eg. Profit
Maximization, Cost Minimization)
• 4. Create an action plan: Action plan should be SMART
• 5. Sustaining the engagement strategy: Prepare the
engagement strategy which should be sustainable.
