    School Administrators oversee administrative tasks in
    schools, colleges or other educational institutions. They
    ensure that the organization runs smoothly and they also
    manage facilities and staff.
    Qualities of a School
    Administrator
    1. Cooperative. This implies group action. There is strength in
    cooperation and progress results from combined efforts of all.
    2. Creative. Creative administration and supervision encourages
    growth
    3. Problem-solver. Preventive and constructive kind of assistance is
    valuable to the teachers to avoid mistakes. It emphasizes that the
    use of the scientific principle and that the solution of problems
    should be based on facts.
    4. Flexible. Being flexible is characterized by its being adopted and
    readily adjust to meet the requirement of changing conditions.
    The School Administrator Environment

    Finance Manager
    It is the school administrator’s responsibility to
    prepare the school budget, a record of projected
    revenue and expenditure.
    Agent Resource Productivity

    In the school system, the principal as an administrator


    influences his teachers to achieve the goals and objectives of the
    school. The fundamental goal of the school is to enhance the
    teaching and learning process.
    Agent of Change

    An agent of change believes that continuous


    improvement is required for lasting, meaningful impact
    and recognizes that complacency is the enemy of
    progress. He/she faces the toughest of challenges with
    determination, zeal, openness, and commitment to
    ensure that the future is filled with opportunity and
    promise for everyone.
    Manager of Waste

    School administrators are expected to create


    accurate, rapid, effective and accepted solutions
    for the problems they encountered depending
    on their corporate visions and school
    development programs.
