What is an Interactive Whiteboard?
● Less maintenance
● Extended lamp life
● More vivid pictures then normal projectors
● Helps save money by not buying as many materials like paper
● Teachers and students can write and draw on the board
● Helps students stay engaged in a lesson
Cons
● Teachers might not have the technology skills to use all aspects the board
offers
● They might not fit in with all lesson plans
● If it breaks you can not write on it with regular white board markers or it will
not come off
● If internet at a school is slow the picture on screen might freeze or come
over to the projector
