Income used HP 3000 as mainframe and they also used COBOL


programs in early 1980s.
With regarg to their business process, Income does all the works
manually. So there were too many processes and it took so long
time in their system.

If Income constantly improves it's systems and adopts newer
technology to keep up with rapidly changing business environment,
the problems never come up again.
