2. Total area of project = 5 acres

3. Total area of construction = 11,798 .06 Sq m.

4. Podium area = 4,069 Sq m.

 No of footings = 81Nos

5.Tower area = 6,000 Sq m.

 No of footings = 140 Nos.

6.Number of floors = G+4 ( Excluding podium)

7. Height of building =24.9m

 Basement and ground floor = 5m.

 G+1 to G+ 4 =3.5m.

 SAFETY PROCEDURES AT CONSTRUCTION SITE

Personal protective equipment (PPE) can be classified as:

BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AT CONSTRUCTION SITE

1. Guard rails to be installed at all openings in the building.

2. Yellow stickers with safety notes to be pasted wherever
necessary
3. All the working areas and passageways should be free.
4. The site should be clean all the times and the material should
be stored safely
5. proper arrangement of collection and disposal of waste
materials
6. First aid should be available at all times on site
7. Fire extinguishers to be placed on site
8. proper lighting arrangements on the site
 CHECKLIST FOR RCC SLAB AND BEAM

1.Beam bottom line, level & width should be checked.

2.Beam side's line, level & plumb should be checked.
3. Beam to beam measurements shall be checked as per architectural drawings.
4. Slab thickness & beam depths should be checked .
5.Support props for slab & beam bottoms should be in line & plumb. Bamboo bracing should be
done at around 4' ht from floor level.
6.Junctions of columns & beam shall be checked.
7.Deshuttering oil shall be applied to beam/slab shuttering.
8. Formwork of stairacse shall be checked for dimensions of tread and riser, level of treads,
plumb of risers.
9.Reinforcement shall be checked for beams and slab as per R.C.C drawing
10. Proper cover shall be checked for slab and beams.
11. Electrical points ,electrical piping shall be checked as per drawing.
12. Reduction of column as per drawing shall be done if any.
13. Proper number of chairs shall be provided for slab.
14. stirrups shall be provided at the free end of each column reinforcement.
15. Taping should be done at ply joints in care of ply shuttering.
16. Availability of raw material for concrete, labour strength, shall be checked in advance
before the start of concreting.
17. Curing of slab shall be done with ponding method
18. Deshuttering of the beam
19. Finishing of honeycomb shall be done with proper care in front of engineer the next
day.
20. Date of casting and slab no shall be painted on the front side beam.
