growing markets, the age of technology has aided in reducing
time and money within internet real estate. Users may list their
properties or search for them at the tip of their fingers

Generally, buyers are attracted to internet real estate due to its


accessibility and its range of properties available.

at a good residential place. Bachelors are not always welcome in
residential areas without prior verification or recommendation.

The critical issues for the literature review can be classified as


follows: (i) Different Tenure forms, (ii) The Role of Actors in the
provision of rental housing, (iii) Rent Policy, (iv) Tenure conditions,
(v) Housing cost, (vi) Technical Standards, vii) Tenants Rights, (viii)
Housing Management and Maintenance.

Objective of the Study:

To find the satisfaction of tenants and owners in organized and


unorganized sector.
To find out the transformation of trends changing from traditional
way to modern and faster way of booking rooms.
To find out the difficulties in unorganized sector.
To understand & analyze the issues faced by college students and
young professionals while relocating or searching for new rented
accommodation.
To create awareness about disadvantages of brokerage system and
make them aware of no brokerage option by NestAway.

Spread awareness and marketing campaigns in tier 2&3


cities from where the people move to metro cities
Market research need to be done in tier 2&3 cities for
opportunities.
Operations team should increase number of houses
because people are not able to find houses in their
desired location.
More independence and budget allocation should be
given to onground team as they can best decide about
the marketing strategy in that particular location.
Increase manpower and improve post sales service
Work on R&D and come up with attractive deals

increased demand of Nestaway homes & smartly resolve
the queries of new tenants, then customer happiness will
