INTRODUCTION
 In the past people used to eat
healthy, freshly prepared food with
their families in the home.

 Today however, many people.

eat fast food such as hamburger,
fried chicken, shawarma and pizza.

 There are many causes why change


has occurred, but this presentation
will also outline the causes and
effects of this move towards fast
food on individuals and society.

THE FIRST CAUSE IS: THE CHANGE IN
LIFE STYLE
 Many people in the world are working hours, shifts or
extended school days. They don’t have time to find
ingredient or prepare good food.
 Women are now starting to work in the most of world
countries, and this can result in less time being available
for preparing family meals.
SECOND CAUSE IS: THE HUGE NUMBER OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE
WORLD COUNTRIES:

with all forms of media such as internet
and satellite television, and people like to
try new product and different kind of fast food .
During the last couple of years, we saw a lot of advertisements and promotions for those
restaurants. But there still remains a question on why do they spend to promote
ineffective food, what are the reasons for these? The answer is that fast food is easy to
cook. It does not take a long time to cook, and it is easily available in your hands. The
shareholders of these businesses have their own goals, that of the profits they get from
these restaurants.

diabetes.

 The major effect that fast food has on human


beings is that it can get your health in danger

 First, we must say that fast food can cause


vitamin deficiencies that may, in turn, help to
cause diseases.

 Obesity is one of the consequences of fast food


on the human body.

 Obesity comes because fast food is the factor


that enriches the body with fats.

 Although fast food is not very expensive, it is more expensive than cooking properly for
yourself.
Many of the fast-food companies are franchise of foreign corporations, so profit leave the
countries and go so far these corporation.
Fast food also has an effect on the income of the family. The conclusion is that fast food is
more expensive than the food you cook for yourself.

convenient and tasty
addition to a diet, can
have serious health
and social effects.
