I. Background

In a marketing, there are many forms and various kinds of food from small to large
and from cheap to expensive.

At this time, many people prefer fast food with good taste and relatively cheap
prices but quality is still guaranteed.

From these thoughts I have made field observations about possible business
opportunities. One of them is the "BAKWAN" sales business.

The making of "BAKWAN" is done in a very simple, but more hygienic manner, and
will be sold at a very affordable price, so of course this will attract the public's
interest to buy it.

By developing a different concept from other existing types of businesses in terms


of recipes, presentation, packaging and trademarks, I will have the power to
attract buyers to be interested in the products I offer.

With this, I want to create a food business, namely the "BAKWAN" food business
to be developed into an effort so that people will never get bored with the
diversity of foods that already exist in society.

By making this business proposal, I can learn and be able to
understand how to do entrepreneurship and create food with
the latest innovations so that it has a unique and distinctive
impression.

And hopefully with the making of this business proposal, it is


hoped that many students will be able to create their own
unique food so that they can create new products and compete
in the culinary field.
Determining Product Vision and Mission

A. Vision

My goal in making this “BAKWAN” food product is to make


products that are hygienic, halal, of high quality and profitable.

B. Mission

The mission of making this product is:


1. To be innovative in making unique, tasty, delicious, and halal
foods.
2. Make the product as hygienic as possible to ensure the
quality of the product.
3. Work hard to find profit or profit in the culinary business.

Every activity to start a business must measure my ability
against the environment or competitors in the culinary field,
namely through a SWOT analysis.
A. Strength (Strength)
1. Do not use dyes or preservatives
2. Has a unique and delicious taste
3. Product raw materials are guaranteed hygienic

The product I made is "BAKWAN" which is SOME VEGETABLES
AND ADDITIONS OF THURE which are fried.

The price I offer is quite affordable, IDR 1000.

3. Promotion (Promotion)
The promotion strategy that I use is through brochures and
word of mouth (word of mouth).

4. Place
The place of sale that I chose was SMK N 59 Jakarta because it
is a strategic place and many people and students pass it.

The process of marketing this corn bakwan is very easy and
simple, by selling the bakwan menu to several crowded places,
the corn bakwan business will certainly be increasingly known
to the public. Besides that, make a bakwan menu with delicious
taste quality so that many people like the corn bakwan. Most
people will judge the quality of the taste then the price. So
make bakwan products with delicious flavors and fit so that
many people subscribe to buy bakwan at your place. Make a
banner with a clear description of the business name, product
image and the name of the product being sold, then put it up in
front of the business location.
