I. Executive Summary

VERA's Snack Cart is a food snack business which aims

to provide affordable, yummy, and healthy snacks to

Bongabon, National High School employees, teachers and

students. This company offers crumbly banana bites with

chocolate dipping sauce and a nutritious cucumber with

moringa drinks.

We young entrepreneurs involved for the creation of

this proposal business are Reena Angela Cunanan, Valentina

Dela Cruz, Ejay Catacutan and Reina Santos decided to be

partners.

As the project will require the consumption of various

raw ingredients available in the local market of Bongabon

and Rizal Nueva Ecija, it will contribute to the local

economy by helping local businesses, such as fruit vendors

for the raw special ingredients of crumbly banana bites and

other stores related to the ingredients to be used. The

healthy ingredients of our snack and drinks product will

contribute in the long-run to the national economy by

nourishing students, who are future labor force of the

country.

II. The Business

II.1 The Ideation Process

The idea of selling the products of VERA's Snack Cart

which are the crumbly banana bites and cucumber with moringa

drink was created by the proponent. The advocate discovered

this product because it isn't as well-known as other snacks

but would appeal to customers' sense of uniqueness. As a

result, the advocate has the opportunity to market our

product alongside its unique to customers’ snack.

The name of the business is VERA's Snack Cart which

came from the initials of the proponents. The proponents are

confident that within a month, the company will gain

popularity and rank among the most popular snacks in our

community thanks to its tasty, inexpensive, and healthy

products.

II.2 Vision and Mission

Vision

To be one of the bestselling nutritious snacks

locally that appeals to everyone, give convenience and

simplicity with a presence that adds value to

communities we serve.

Mission

Our mission committed to provide high-quality,

healthier and affordable VERA's Snack Cart products that

give nutritional value and always make customers happy!

II.3 Objective

To provide healthy and delicious VERA's Snack Cart

Snacks that will satisfy the nutritional needs of

customers, an attractive diverse snack and affordable to

everyone.

III. Market Analysis, Strategy and Implementation

3.1 Description of the Market or Study.

VERA's Snack Cart target market will be Bongabon

National High School employees, teachers, and students. The

product will also be available to everyone who passes by

near the road. This would be a huge advantage for our

business "VERA's Snack Cart” because they can directly avail

our product safe and immediately!

3.2 Market Segmentation

VERA's Snack Cart will target Teenagers and Adults

around 10-65 years old both male and female in front of

Bongabon National High School.

 Students and Teachers

We discovered that teenagers especially students

together with the teachers like to buy what is trendy and

new to their taste in terms of food or snacks. They are more

into finger-foods/snacks that can satisfy their hunger and

cravings.

 Workers/employees

They are looking for what is affordable and into a fast

food to have a quick snack before and after their work.

 Locals

They are bound to find something what is new around or

near to their area which give the best out of their

satisfaction in terms of snacks.

3.3 Target Market Segmentation Strategy

3.3.1 Market Needs

Change is the dominant fact of life in every business

today. And the ability to master and exploit change has

become one of the most sought. This is particularly true in

marketing, as a result consumer are becoming more aware and

getting familiar with a new or revised product and

differentiate it from the competition. VERA's Snack Cart is

the perfect example of new product that we can offer in the

marketplace with the nutritious ingredients beneficial to

our health through this our product is qualified in market

need.

3.3.2 Market trends

In today's era products and services are constantly

changing as well as the customer taste, through improving

and upgrading the taste, appearance and quality of our

product we can catch and hook customer. Within no time we

can go along with the trend in market.

3.4 Analysis of Completions/Competitive Edge

VERA's Snack Cart's competitors were vendors who

offered a type of food that customers could order at a lower

price. However, the proponent believes that VERA's Snack

Cart’s products will be marketed to customers in Bongabon

National Highschool, Barangay Sinipit Bongabon, Nueva Ecija

because we have an advantage where no one else sells this

type of product, one of which is that it is incredibly

cheap, unique, and healthy.

3.5 Marketing Strategies

3.5.1 Product

VERA's Crumbly banana bites and cucumber drink is a

healthy, inexpensive, and delicious snack for everyone. This

snack is unique because it contains fruit. This product will

catch the customer's attention because the proprietors

believes that it is a one-of-a-kind product. This product

will be available at Brgy. Sinipit Bongabon Nueva Ecija, in

front of the Bongabon National High School

3.5.2 Pricing

The selected cone and cup size of the customers will

determine how much the VERA's Snack Cart and cucumber with

moringa drinks. The cost of small cone and cup will be PHP

20, medium is PHP 30 and large is PHP 40

3.5.3 Place

3.5.4 Promotion

In our promotional strategy, we will include coupons,

free samples, incentives, contests, prizes, loyalty

programs, and rebates. People are attracted when a business

offers. Discounts have another significant advantage: they

will attract new customers. Giving customers a discount

could be just what they need to become your customer.

Additional clients also bring new cross-sell and upsell

opportunities, which means greater money in the long run.

According to the economic impacts of price discounts, a

price reduction results in a monetary gain, these acts as an

incentive for customers to buy the product. When a bigger

price discount is offered, consumers perceive a higher level

of savings for a product.

IV. TECHINICAL OR PRODUCTION PLAN

4.1 PRODUCT/SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Crumbly banana bites are simply a type of fried dough made

of flour, water, and salt. We will fry it instead of baked,

crumbly banana cheese bites have a fluffy and tender interior

with a satisfyingly crispy exterior with a twist. It is a type of

fried snack or dessert with healthy drink that will be available

and affordable for everyone.

4.2 LOCATION

The business will be located at Brgy. Sinipit, Bongabon

Nueva Ecija. It is located in front of Bongabon National High

School.

4.3 PHYSICAL FACILITIES

The kitchen area of the house, which contains all the

equipment needed to make the product, will be the location of the

manufacturing facility.

V. MANAGEMENT PLAN

V.1 Form of Ownership

VERA's Snack Cart is a limited liability partnership (LLP). Partnerships are typically

governed by a partnership agreement, which outlines the terms of the

partnership, including how profits and losses will be shared, how decisions will

be made, and how the partnership can be dissolved. The partners have clear

agreement of their roles and responsibilities in the business, as well as the

potential risks and rewards involved. In a limited liability partnership (LLP), all

partners have limited liability for the debts and obligations of the business. This

means that if the business cannot pay its debts, the partners are not personally

responsible for paying them. These advantages are why VERA is a limited liability

company.

VERA's Snack Cart will be handled by partners who founded the business which

are the students from NEUST--Atate Campus. The said business will be composed

of a financial personnel, marketing personnel, distribution personnel and

production personnel. Ejay S. Catacutan will handle the finances and will also act

as the cashier, Valentina Dela Cruz is assigned in production of the product

goods, handle proper storage and waste management, Reena Cunanan will

handle the distributions which networks suppliers and distributing goods to

customers, and Reina Santos will be the one who is in-charge with marketing of

the product such as building brand awareness to customers, posting to social

media platforms and will conduct promotional activities.

Roles of the Partners

 Financial Manager- the person in charge of the

company's financial health.

 Marketing Personnel- deals with the product's

promotion and manufacturing.

 Production Personnel- In charge of material

inspection and ensuring that the product is

produced efficiently.

 Distribution Personnel- the person in charge and

responsibility of distributing the products to

consumers.

V.3 Required Personnel and Qualifications/Competencies

Qualifications:

1. Business knowledge: Each personnel should have a solid understanding of the

industry and market in which the business operates. This can include knowledge

of market trends, customer needs, and industry regulations.

2. Financial acumen: Should have a good understanding of business finance,

including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This will help ensure that

the business remains profitable and sustainable over time.

3. Communication skills: Effective communication is essential for a successful

business. Partners and/or other personnels should be able to communicate

clearly and openly with each other, and be able to resolve conflicts or

disagreements in a constructive manner.

4. Leadership skills: Partners should have strong leadership skills, including the

ability to inspire and motivate employees, make difficult decisions, and take

responsibility for the success of the business.

5. Technical skills: Partners need to have specific technical skills or expertise in

areas such as marketing, sales, or operations.

To sum up, starting a successful business partnership requires a

combination of qualifications, skills, and competencies. And by hiring new

employees means that they will also become part of the team so the

qualifications must also be in nature of partner's responsibilities. By working

together and leveraging each partner's strengths, a partnership can achieve

great success and build a strong, sustainable business.
