STEPS AND TIPS

IN COMMUNITY
ENGAGEMENT for eCSLP
Every individual needs to be
constantly exposed to or immersed
in the pressing social problems to
which we subsequently aim to
contribute a resolution.
INTEGRATION MEANS
• being one with the people
• building rapport with them and being accepted by them
• seeing things the way they see
• adapting their lifestyle
• sharing their dreams and aspirations
• having a “feel’ of the people and the place in which they
live
WHY INTEGRATE?

• to get to know the conditions of the poor

• to have a feel of their conditions
• to empathize with their plight
• to have a change of heart
• to be called to action
(make plans and programs with them)
