 Aerobic dance is a form of exercise which
combines dancing and strength exercise. It
was developed by a doctor and physiologist team
to help improve the fundamentals of exercising.

(a Latin-inspired dance aerobics) to hip-
hop dancing. A typical dance class usually begins
with a 5 to 10 minute warm-up, followed by a 20-
to 30-minute aerobic routine, and ends with a 5-
to 10-minute cool down.
