 WHAT IS PREQUALIFICATION ?
Pre-Qualification is a process of determining and evaluating the competency of
SUBCONTRACTOR that is potentially able to provide Scope of WORK that can meet the Project
requirements.

WHY PREQUALIFICATION SHALL BE DONE?

Qualification is most critical point to determine if a SUBCONTRACTOR is suitably experienced to execute the work.
The Qualification assessment encompasses Technical, QA/QC, HSSE, Financial, Facility, and Administration with
potential SUBCONTRACTOR- required to meet Government Regulation, and Project Requirements.
SUBCONTRACTOR shall be Qualified for a specific Scope of WORK

A. CONTRACTOR shall submit to COMPANY the bid list for APPROVAL and must obtain prior APPROVAL of the proposed
SUBCONTRACTOR.

Subcontractor Hence the Prequalification process is not required

C. CONTRACTOR request for approval from CLIENT prior selection of Proposed
Subcontractor therefore Prequalification is mandatory for both, keep inform and
CLIENT involvement in PQ Process up to selection stage is required.
