Description of Work: ITP OF Welding


A point beyond which work shall not proceed without formal approval by the PMC/COMPANY.
"H" Hold
Achievement of “H” points shall be notified to PMC/COMPANY in accordance with the Contractual/Specification requirement.
A point beyond which work "MAY" proceed without formal documented approval by PMC/COMPANY. However, CONTRACTOR shall inspect & record the inspection results.
"W" Witness
Achievement of “W” points shall be notified to PMC in accordance with the Contractual/Specification requirement
A point where PMC/COMPANY may carry out surveillance of work in progress and documentation associated on an unscheduled basis, with no notification required by any
"S" Surveillance
party and without amendment to the scheduled production programme.
"R" Review Inspection records/documents are to be submitted to PMC/COMPANY for review & acceptance.
"R/A" Review & Approval Where a document and/or record is subject to PMC/COMPANY approval, work shall not proceed until relevant documents are approved.
"C" Certification Specified & appropriate certification documentation is to be included in the MC/PA/Final Dossier.
