1.0 Scope
This document provides the references and links of the Project management system and
associated documents to be applied to execution of EPCC of CPF-Oil Treatment System
and Auxiliary System Project.
2.0 Objectives
This PMM is intended to line out the required provisions for all key activities of engineering,
procurement, construction, commissioning, project control, quality management,
occupational health and safety etc.

To ensure the successful implementation of this Project, complete the project within the
approved schedule, constraint lay out in the Contract and achieve a quality that meets the
requirements of COMPANY, the PMM consists of the following subsections:

5.1. Engineering
CONTRACTOR shall apply the basic engineering design, ITB requirement, standards and

5.2. Procurement
The overall project execution plan for guiding the procurement activities to go smoothly set

5.3. Construction
The CONTRACTOR shall organize logically and reasonably to ensure smooth progress of
all activities for achieving satisfactory mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up
on schedule and with high quality.
5.4. Commissioning

In order to assure that the project implementation be carried out in a professional and
efficient manner, CONTRACTOR shall formulate and implement a total project control
system. This involves in closely with COMPANY at an on-going basis, to review engineering,

CONTRACTOR is an ISO 9001 QMS Certified organization. CAMCE will develop all
necessary Project Quality Management System plan & procedures suitable for managing the
quality of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and warranty of the
system and effectively implement throughout the project. The systems shall as a minimum,
meet the requirements of International Standard Organization ISO 9000 series and
contractual requirements: BK91-1310-CPF-000-QAC-PLN-0001 Project Quality Plan, BK91-
1310-CPF-000-QAC-PLN-0002 Project Audit Plan etc.
CONTRACTOR shall establish the HSE system to cover the outlines of the Site Safety,
Health and Environment management system and HSE programs to be applied to Execution
of EPCC of CPF-Oil Treatment System and Auxiliary System Project. The HSSE system
