Attention means deep listening, being totally present, having
empathy, trying to see from our partner’s perspective. It is a form of
love and respect. It also allows all are thoughts to come together and
helps to design a rational prespective towards it. It develops soft
skills from the iceberg principle which involves effective
communication, rapport building and interpersonal relations.

• Being focused or paying attention to a thing for certain period
allows us to do a better quality of work and allows creative ideas
flow easier. Being attentive allows us to get a clearer picture of
our goals and working undividely towards them helps us to
achieve the set targets. However, multitasking comes in the way
of attention and often results in inability to filter out distractions.
