ACCESS-To strengthen the children’s access to quality secondary education
Specific Objective: To take accountability for the learning
outcomes of the school vis-à-vis goals and objectives; to
provide learners with a healthy and child-friendly learning
school environment; to ensure the implementation and
management of disaster risk management plan; and to
maintain and improve school facilities as specified in
SIP/AIP during the school year.
RAISE (Responsive Activities to Intensify Students Enrollment)
QUALITY-To strengthen the quality of education

Specific Objective: To manage processes and procedures in

monitoring student achievement

AIMS (Assessment and Instructional Mentoring

and Supervision)

GOVERNANCE-To strengthen good governance and
ensure adequate supply of school resources
Specific Objective: To increase the LOA MPS by 5%; to attend appropriate
training/seminars/workshops for school heads and send teachers to appropriate
teacher training/workshops based on individual professional development plans; to
conduct instructional supervision to achieve learning outcomes; to conduct In-
Service Trainings, Learning Action Cells and Community of Practice; to harmonize
financial management, processes, and other related services; to conduct capability
development for newly hired teachers; to set up a data management and
information system; to develop school, family and community partnerships for
school performance and generate resources from stakeholders and donors for
school improvement/ facilities/ equipment.
