Benefits of Our Organization

The Team Mental Health Operation is dedicated on making teens aware of mental
illness. Giving realization to some signs teenagers may be feeling but are not
recognizing; in hopes to normalize and talk about these issues with someone

Our goal is to create a safe place for teens to ultimately help them thrive in academics,
social situations, and maintain healthy relationships. We would like to reduce the risk of
depression escalating and going unnoticed by family members and peers.

Benefits of our organization:

● Providing resources for family and friends
Therapy Sessions

Therapy has been proven to be one of the most effective

believe it also important reach out to nutritional therapist
who are known to help treat individuals with depression
and emphasis the important link between nutrition and
mental conditions.
