Writer’s Use of Language for Imagery and Affect

LO: To demonstrate understanding of how writers


achieve effects and influence readers.
Starter

Question 2 – short answer questions and language task

Question 2 will begin with short answer questions that will ask you to
identify words with certain meanings or explain the meanings of words.
For this, you will need to use inference skills and context clues.
