Goods Receiving.
Log onto KD Receiving menu.

1. Select Option 2.

Press Enter.

1. Select option 1 to select Warehouse.

Press Enter.

1. Select working Warehouse.

(ie Port oft Tyne = 7)

- OSW – Select X
- POT – Select 7
- PCC – Select 8

1. Select Option 2 to Enter Load.

Press Enter.

Checklist – or type in number.

July 8th Check data (Load Number etc).

Input ‘Y’ if correct.

5. Press Enter.

1. Select Scanning options;

Option 3 – To scan Poly modules.

(Go to Step 7)

Option 4 – To scan Stillages.

6. (Go to Step 12)

To Scan Polybox Modules

1. Scan the Poly Module Master Label.

If OK then ‘CONFIRM MODULE’ appears.

(If ‘SCAN BOXES’ appears go to Step 9)

If ‘INVALID MODULE’ appears then

7. you need to manually type in the Module
Number ie ‘M 7LB209’.

1. Input ‘Y’ if correct.

Press Enter.

Goods Receiving. To Scan individual Polyboxes

1. Scan the Poly Module Master Label.

If OK then ‘SCAN BOXES’ appears.

This means there is a data mismatch and

9. that all boxes need to be scanned.

1. Input ‘Y’ if correct.

Press Enter.

10. All boxes now need to be scanned.

1. Go to the 1st box on the module.

2. Scan the RAN number barcode.
3. Scan the Serial Number barcode.
4. Scan the SNP / QTY barcode.
5. Go to the 2nd box on the module
and repeat steps 2,3 & 4.

11. D421ZFNB 6. Continue until all boxes on the module

have been fully scanned.

VKK0003 7. When all boxes have been scanned

press ‘PF3’ to exit.

8 8. Go to the next polybox module.
