dance. Hip-hop as an aerobic exercise can help
lower the risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and
heart diseases by improving blood pressure
and cholesterol levels. It also develops stronger
muscle and bones.

movement of hip-hop to group two and vice versa.
2.Combine all the learned basic dance movement of hip-
hop to the whole group.
3.Groups 1 and 2 will perform the basic dance movement
from 1 to 4.
