 At initial stage, company need a huge investment of ingredients used in it.
 To enter into beverages industry, new entrants should be clear with the recipe and
after implementing, it needs too much of testing.
 Economies of scale at the initial level tends to be costly but when time passes cost
decreases per unit.
 Barriers to entry are high in beverages industry as people tend to choose brand that
are more famous and less harmful to the body.
SUPPLIER POWER
 Bargaining power of supplier is low as there are many brands locally and globally
located to serve clean label product.
Products are differentiated with flavours not with the process.
 Number of suppliers are more compare to the number of consumers they are
willing to buy.
THREAT TO SUBSTITUTE
 Threat to substitute is high.
 Customers easily shift to other brands as there are many brands available Locally
& Globally.
 Consumers shift due to price changes in products.
 Other reason is quality of the products due to consumers shift to substitute product.
CUSTOMER POWER
 Bargaining power of buyer is high.
 There are very less number of buyers who are followers of healthy diet.
 Competitors product and quality are main reason for consumer to shift to the
different brand or product.
 There is a point based benefit system in the competitor this attracts the consumer
& they shift easily by this offers.
 Different discounts or offers to the consumer can directly help the brand to shift
consumers to there side.
COMPETITIVE RIVALRY
 In the market there are many companies who serve this type of products to
consumers.
 These companies serve different products and target different audience.
 Freshpressery is the direct competitor of Rawpressery which serves same cleanses,
but freshpressery has also many different products apart from this.
 Revenue of Rawpressery is only generated from it juices and cleanses but
freshpressery generates from many different products – vegetarian, non- vegetarian
& vegan.
