To go to group and sort options click on this button in top tool bar

• Filter are used to display required data out
of all available data.
• For example if you want to display
activities in progress
• Or the activities whose start date is two
weeks from now.

Multiple filters can also be used like critical activities not started can be displayed

ahead schedule

• There are two methods to create this filter

• Either create a filter for activities starting


before 1st February
• Or create a filter for activities between range
of 1st January to 31 January

• Primavera has a very strong reporting
function.
• Different type of reports can be generated
like enterprise data, project, resources or
reports based on other parameters.
• Reports can be saved to keep record or
printed to share with other team members.
