Working Drawings
(Project Management)
Interpretation- is a particular reading of a work of substance, with
one’s thinking projected upon, or drawing from, another’s
understanding towards a means of building; formed when design
moves, which are enacted on knowledge pertaining to the task,
transform its pieces into a stable structure by achieving a unique
relationship among them.
Architectural - has the potential for simplifying the process of conversion of
archived drawing information in paper or old CADD formats into the newer
and intelligent model-based CADD representations which posses vastly
greater capabilities; A variety of drawing-types are employed in architecture
at different stages in the design process, ranging from unstructured sketches,
to schematic designs, through to a richer and more formalized representation
used in communicating construction information to a contractor
Structural – session may begin with viewing selected inline and
crossline sections to acquire a regional understanding of the subsurface
geology. Other orientations, such as vertical sections along a dominant
dip direction, also may be needed to determine the structural pattern.
Fire Protection Plan – a detailed document that covers all aspects of
fire safety for a specific building or property. The plan will outline:
• A safe and orderly way for occupants to evacuate the building.

• Proper maintenance and housekeeping required to prevent fires.

• Methods of control that minimize the damage from fires when they do occur
Other Working Drawings – are used to communicate the design
intent to the fabricator. To avoid ambiguities in interpretation, these
drawings are prepared according to specific rules
