Case study
Ms. HN is diagnosed as diabetes mellitus type 2.
HN always skips breakfast. Her favorite brunch (12 am) is half cup of cooked rice
eaten with 5 portions of fried chicken and 6 cups of stir fried vegetable. ½ tbsp oil
is often used for the whole meal.
She loves to eat an apple (medium) at 4 pm.
She usually has dinner at 6:30 pm with her family with dishes and amount of
consumption are the same as brunch. However, chicken is replaced by fish to
please her dad’s taste.
At 9:30 pm, she often eats 1 Cavendish banana and 1 cup yogurt.
Ms. HN always feels sleepy and is suffering from headaches and tiredness. Let
make a 1-Day meal for her to help her improve the condition.
